  • Cropped/Half Body($70) - Cropped at the thighs

  • Full Body($100)

  • +50% if a second character is included(doesn't apply for two orders)

  • Maximum of three characters

  • Copying style, other artists

  • Furries(animal features are okay tho)

  • Alt Versions(Different characters/Entirely new outfits)

Need to Know

  • Time until completed is usually 3-5 weeks and can be longer if commissions are full or personal issues arise

  • Drawing does not start until half or full payment has been sent.

  • You have the option of 5 revisions until rendering has begun

  • Sketches to visualize will be sent after payment.

  • Patreon members get a 10% discount

Terms and Conditions

By commissioning me you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

  • Commissions unless specified otherwise are for personal use only unless specified and paying the fees applied to said public or commercial use. Examples of personal use are profile pictures, banners, posting or printing for yourself.

  • AI/NFT use is prohibited no matter the form or context, i have and will never agree to using those methods. I repeat I DO NOT support, condone or wish my art to be used in this way.

  • I have the right to decline a commission if its outside of my skillset or if it conflicts with my preferences or availability.

  • If i do not receive any response for a week and further i will send the art as is.

  • I do not do refunds for commissions delivered or slightly late however if a commission exceeds 6-8 months a 50% refund will be given and if a commission exceeds 12 months a full refund will be given along with the finished piece.

Payments and Fees

  • A commission slot is not filled until half or full payment is made. Furthermore, if someone ready to pay is brought to my attention then a slot will be filled.

  • Payments to propopals should be paid by 2 weeks or will be declined

  • Revisions or edits requested after the sketch phase will require a fee of $20.

Revisions, Deadlines and Delivery

  • Revisions as previously stated are limited to 5 changes until the sketch phase is completed at which point a fee of $20 is required.

  • Any mistakes i make to the piece do not apply to said fee and will be fixed for free.

  • You will be updated on issues or delays related to the commission.

Refunds

  • I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

  • You may cancel a commission before giving payment.

  • Once payment is received, refunds will not be available.

  • Chargebacks are prohibited

Filing a chargeback will:

  • Forfeit your right to use the artwork in any way.

  • Result in blacklists or complains being made to others with the evidence gathered.

Artist and Commissioner Rights

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not the ownership of the art itself.

I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself or my services.Post on social media or to a portfolio.Create prints/merchandise.You may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes stated above.Print the art for yourself only.Post it on social media with credit using @JustFrantic_You may NOT:
Use the artwork commercially without my permission.Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.Remove signatures/watermarks.Modify the artwork without my permission.Use the artwork in merch, streaming or commercial projects without paying the fees applied.Resell or redistribute the artwork.
